Maybe there’s something in your stomach saying it doesn’t want that anywhere else near your body and the only other way for it to come out without going through your intestines is back the way it came down.
Are you sure that the green/white teas that make you hurl don’t have other herbs in the blend? If you can drink some but not others, then you need to look carefully at the labels.
Tea contains tannen the same stuff that is used to tan (cure) leather. Some teas have higher concentrations of this than others. Most likely that is what is making you sick. This sithe same stuff that makes coffee acidic.
A good cure is simple: don’t drink the ones that make you sick.
It happened to me once or twice but only with regular tea. I’ve always thought it had been caused by the very high caffeine content. It may simply depend on how the tea was processed. Have you tried using leaves only (rather than using a full tea bag)? In which case I’d only infuse half a teaspoon of leaves for a mug… I don’t know much about tea, but someone told me that in Asia the first infusion is never the one which is drunk, so in other words, you should try to infuse a small amount of tea, then get rid of that infusion and pour hot water again to obtain a more pleasant hot drink.
Maybe you should look at the ingredients on the packages and compare them with the ones you CAN drink. It’s quite possible that they put something in it that just doesn’t agree with your digestive system. Hope that helps!

I agree with you . The same thing happen to my mother when she drink certain brand of tea. It could be the artificial chemical that is inside the tea

Green tea does the same thing to me…not all brand though.

Not really sure but, you aren’t the only one. If I drink iced tea in the morning with or without eating the same happens to me.

I would not count out the possibility of the tannin in tea reacting to an ulcer in your stomach
