Consult your local restaurant supply. Even though I’ve indicated Canadian Questions only I see English questions from around the world. Not knowing where you are I can’t suggest a specific supply source. I’d just do a search for Restaurant Equipment.
Most of the commercial brewing machines are for Iced teas. The reason being is that most of the flavor in hot teas are volile aromatics. Being so means that over time, depending on the tea a few minutes, they begin to lose flavor and turn more bitter. If you are looking for a commercial iced tea maker the most prolific is Bunn.
