You might want to check out the tea boutique @ Millenia Walk shopping mall (opposite Marina Square).
The store name is ‘T Connection’. The store is located at Level 1 opposite British India Boutique store.
They have a good selection of Breakfast, green, fruit and floral teas. I’m fav is their earl greys and single estate Darjeeling.
I just bought their calming spirit tea last weekend. Taste yummy.

you can try out china town or little India. I saw a documentary on art central introducing tea leaves.
