If you make hats, you might want to concentrate on just that. I noticed that you sell tea party supplies, etc. It costs you money to purchase them and keep them on hand where as the hats you can make on-demand. Also if you branch out from such a single theme you will reach a wider potential buying audience. Also, if you did this it would necessitate a name & domain change to reflect the hats only theme.
You can make hats with themes. (Birthday–have a mini cake on it, etc., Red Hat Group–Go for flowers, etc. in their theme, Bridal Shower, Retirement, Baby Shower, etc.). That way people who might not have a tea party but rather a celebration which they may want to purchase a single hat for the birthday girl or bride to be, etc. It would still keep you in the hat making area, but would give you a wider range of products.
Also, look into a product to color your basic hats before decorating them. That way you can still purchase the plain hats at a lower cost, but be able to offer a range of colors. Make sure whatever dye/color agent you use is colorfast and will not run if it gets wet.
You can write to “how to” sites that put up links to places where you can purchase supplies. (Then go to birthday, tea party, etc. whichever ones fit your hat themes.) You can continue to sell on ebay or try a handmade craft selling site like. Or you can opt for putting up a shopping cart on your own site to help reduce costs. Blogs are really big. If you keep one and write about creating the hats and then showing photos of them in action, etc. you may attract buyers that way.
Your niche is too small. I think you should keep the website address, but branch out with content and photo layouts for all parties, dress-up games, red hat ladies and so on.

check with some boutiques in your area. Also beauty shops sometimes sell stuff like that.
