Long Island Raspberry Iced Tea recipe

    1/2 oz vodka
    1/2 oz white tequila
    1/2 oz light rum
    1/2 oz raspberry liqueur
    1/2 oz gin
    2 oz cola
2 oz sweet and sour mix

Shake all ingredients except raspberry liqueur in a cocktail shaker with a bit of ice. Pour into a highball glass. Carefully layer the raspberry liqueur on top and garnish with a lemon wedge.

    Scale ingredients to servings
1 shot Jack Daniel’s® Tennessee whiskey
    1/2 can Coca-Cola®
    2 shots iced tea
    ice

Pour in one shot of jack daniel’s on ice, more if you like your drinks strong. Then pour about a half of a can of coca-cola on top, leaving room for the iced tea. Finally, fill to the top with very strong iced tea (try three times the amount of powder).

Personally I like the Nuclear Tea and Electric Tea. I was taught to make them like this …

Nuclear/Chernobyl Tea – Replace the coke with Midori
Electric Tea – Replace the coke with Blue Curacao

    My own version is
    1 part 151 rum
1 part 100 proof southern comfort
    1 part triple sec
2 to 3 parts lime aid
a splash of cola (with lemon flavor if you can get it)

I haven’t made it in a while, but it tastes just like iced tea. More so then any other so called iced tea drinks out there. I called them DDTs, have fun.
