    Green tea and Wu-Long tea which is similar to green tea. Caffeinated is best

    To sum up, here are just a few medical conditions in which drinking green tea is reputed to be helpful:

    cancer
    rheumatoid arthritis
    high cholesterol levels
    cardiovascular disease
    infection
    impaired immune function
    tooth decay

    everyone tells me… green tea, but not the one from lipton in the bottles that you can buy? i was told the green tea bags and you make it yourself :)
