It would depend on what you’re trying to accomplish. I don’t think its a great idea to drink anything that will stay in your bladder a long time while you rest… Drink a cup of hot water.
“sleepytime” tea…it tastes good and is quite relaxing (no caffine)…it has a picture of sleepy bears on the front (you should be able to get it at your local market).
Any “zinger” flavor tea made by Celestial Seasonings. They’re tasty, they have no caffeine and even have some vitamin C to help you heal while you’re sleeping.
Chamomile tea is the best. Sleepy time tea is a good one also, chamomile tea helps to calm you down and relax your body for sleep. Plus it tastes yummy!
