I always use the coffee maker to make my tea. I don’t drink tea, but my family only likes when I make tea for some reason. It started when I was 12 (ten year ago ugh lol), and I decided to be nice and make tea for my mom and dad because they had been mowing the lawn and were hot and my mom didn’t want to worry about being the one to make it. I uses way too many ands in that sentence lol. Anyway, somehow my tea was better than my mom’s, and ever since then, I’ve been the one to make tea. I wonder what they’re gonna do when I move out lol.

They can be used either way. For hot tea you can just dip the tea bag into the glass holder or you can place it in the dripper like you would the grains. I recomment just in the glass container. It is easier to clean out. And if you are using loose tea leaves then get a sifter it’s a metal little ball that you open with a clasp fill with tea leaves and then close and steep!

Just use a coffee filter and no coffee in it and hense…… out comes hot water! use a tea bag and have at it:)

Yes, they can definitely be used for tea. You just drop your bags in the area where you would normally put the filter and coffee. The only problem can be that if you have previously used the coffee maker for coffee you can get a slight coffee flavor to your tea. To avoid this, I would run vinegar and water through the coffee maker first. Otherwise, enjoy your tea.
