Did you know that those creamer packs don't even contain cream!?!?! The long and the short of it, is they won't hurt you. The lumpy things are just a part of the artificial stuff. Drink around them. Better yet, now that you know what is in them, insist on the liquid single packs of half and half. They are more expensive but in most places that have them for customers that special request them. lole
