Lots of cereals are fortified with antioxidants. Try Smart Start…it’s my favorite!

Try Pomgranate juice or frutzo juice. It’s sold near the vegetables. I think the Yummberry Frutzzo is really good. I usually try the Pom juice that isn’t pure pomgranate, like Pom blueberry. But when I’m sick I drink the full grade Pomgrante. It’s all the same brand, but the Pure Pom juice will knock a cold out fast.

    p.s. i hate tea to!

There are many foods that contain antioxidants, just not the particular antioxidants that teas have, which is called EGCG (epogallocatechin gallate). The thing about tea is that studies show that drinking tea does significantly reduce instances of heart disease, cancers, diabetes and many other ailments. Few other foods show such consistent health benefits.
In other words, we know that tea works, which is why the health benefits are so widely publicised.

Red wine contains a lot of antioxidants like tea, and displays similar effects, but the alcohol content makes it a lot less healthy overall.

Coffee also contains EGCG, but the concentration is much lower than in tea.

Many fruits, berries and leafy green vegetables contain different types of antioxidants, and the most famous of them are the blueberries. However, rose hips are probably the fruit that has the highest antioxidant content.

If you dislike the taste of ordinary tea, a good bet could be white tea. It has a much milder and fresher taste than black or green tea, and has three times more antioxidants than green tea. It is the healthiest tea there is (and by far the best tasting, in my opinion).
