I know the human body CAN survive on nothing except water for a while but just because you can doesn’t mean you SHOULD. Doing stuff like this will come back at you like a rubber band so while dieting you should always know your limits. In other words just use common sense!
Just take the conventional route. Cut down on intake,watch what you eat, increase exercise. You can’t achieve anything without sacrifice!
there are some kind of tea that contains herbals for slimming. i’ve tried it, but in my opinion that’s not good, because you’ll feel dehydration. tea also contains caffein, so it’s not a good idea if you drink it to often, furthermore, cold and hot water doesn’t have any effect of losing your fat. try to have apple as a snack if you feel hungry. and there is no best way of losing your weight than doing exercise regularly. good luck!

Just because it is hot does not mean it burns off the fat.

green tea is proven to help in weight loss
not because its hot, because it helps raise your metabolism.
