    supposedly, it’s good for your body. skin is part of body. so yes! =)

    Antioxidents are good for your skin because they fight free radicals which are the little nasties that age you. Green tea is a great source of antioxidents ( I like the iced version from Panera bakery) but there are other antioxident sources if you look for them. Dark leafy greens, red and purple fruits and veggies. Red wine.

    It is rather CAFFEINE that’s good for your skin. Yes, when it is in it’s drinking form, green tea has many antioxidant, where black tea has it fermented and cooked out. But you can apply coffee grinds to your skin instead.

    Yes, green tea is good for you because it has antioxidents to fllush all the bad stuff from your system! They are also great for migranes, and colds. Hope that helps!

    YES ,IT IS GOOD FOR YOUR SKIN BECAUSE IT HAS ANTIOXIDANTS AND THEY ARE GOOD FOR YOUR SKIN.
