    Most of the lemon grass tea you get here in the States are dry/bag types of tea that are on shelves in the store for long periods of time, whereas in Thailand they are using fresh lemon grass (as they do with most everything there) that is cleaned, sliced and very lightly toasted. Depending on where you live you may be able to find fresh lemon grass in the markets, if not you can always grow your own. Hope this helps, good luck! :o )
