Just put one tea bag in a mug and pour hot water (not quite boiling) over it..let it steep for one minute and remove bag.add anything you like to it for flavor..I’ve been trying out all sorts of stuff in mine since I got sick last week too..So far my fav is with honey, lemon and cinnamon. Last night I even added one tsp of whiskey..was great! I like orange zest in mine better than the juice. Feel Better!
take one cup ,fill with about 8 oz of water, throw in microwave 2 minutes..take out and place one bag in cup ,cover with saucer plate and let brew for ever..then after a few minutes pull bag out and squeeze excess from bag..have any lemon or honey..you ll be all fixed up in no time guaranteed..
you boil a kettle with the amount of water you need, while doing that you put a tea bag in the cup. when the kettle boils pour the water 0n to the tea bag. let it brew for 2-3 minutes then add sugar and milk to taste. (you take out the tea bag before you put the sugar and milk in) Stir till it becomes milky brown
fill up a pot with water put it on a burner and heat it up, put your tea bag into the water if you want it strong then let the tea bag sit in the water for a while din’t foreget to stir it. And i think you can subsitute oragnges for lemons. but i would just go out and get a bag of lemons.
Place a tea bag in a mug and cover with hot water…..cover and let tea bag seep for 5 minutes , remove tea bag and then add fresh lemon juice and some honey.

if it’s black tea, pour boiling water over a tea bag. Let it sit, or dunk it up and down for 3-5 minutes. Or whatever the box says.
add some lemon and you are good to go. Be careful and not burn your tongue. You’ll lose feeling in your tongue for several days.
Now, if it’s green tea, boil water and let it sit for 3 minutes before adding the water. Let it sit for 1-3 minutes depending on taste. Add Lemon.
