    French east India company(Compagnie des Indes Orientales) was started by Colbert in 1664. Dutch united east India company(Veereenigde Oost-Indische Compagnie) was started on 1602. British east India company(John company) was started on 31 December 1600 by a charter granted by Queen Elizabeth under the title ‘ The governor & company of merchants of London trading into East Indies. ‘ .
