carlos

Tea has less caffeine than soda or coffee, and caffeine is ok as long as its not excessive. So really you should be fine drinking any sort of tea, except for some herbal teas. I'd recommend green tea, because the amount of caffeine is low, its really good iced or hot, and its extremely good for you. Its been shown to boost your metabolism, and is full of antioxidants.

romil

Any ordinary tea is safe to drink. (Caffeine in moderation is fine, and tea has less caffeine than coffee anyway.) If you want to avoid caffeine completely, you could get decaf tea, or most commercial 'herbal' teas. (Avoid health-food store type herbal teas, because some may have harmful herbs, but brands like "Celestial Seasonings" should be fine.)

erica

My doctor said that you can drink one caffeine beverage a day, but to keep it in moderation if you can. (i.e. one mug of coffee or tea, or one can sized soda)
