I like the crown idea I think that would be cute. You could put fake jewels on it and maybe some glitter. You could also make it look like a tea pot and draw a crown sitting on the teapot.
You can get some fancy gold paper and cut crowns out of that decorate with different colored glitter and rinestones be creative!She will love all the bling bling

you could always cut out a piece of paper shaped like a tea cup… you can probably get a pattern off the net
