main

They sell tempura mix at most grocery stores with easy to follow directions on the box! I love to do asparagus and have a sweet soy dipping sauce, or you can do any veggies that you like. I have heard of banana done that way too, but haven't tried that one!
Good luck and have fun!

julio

These sounded fun. I've made sushi before and it was kind of hard. They are a sushi/sandwich idea. If you don't like this, edemame (soybeans) in the shell is a super easy and very good idea.

                            Sandwich Sushi

Makes 12

-= Ingredients =-
Ingredients
8 slices sandwich white or wholemeal
bread, ; crusts removed
1 can creamed corn
4 large thin slices double smoked ham
1 small carrot ; peeled, grated
1 small cucumber ; peeled, cut into long strips
1 ( 6 oz ) can salmon in oil ; drained, flaked
2 tablespoons whole-egg mayonnaise
2 to 3 iceberg lettuce leaves ; washed,
dried, ; finely shredded
1 small avocado ; cut into long strips

-= Instructions =-
Method
Place bread onto a flat surface. Use a rolling pin to flatten bread slightly. Spread corn over 4 slices, leaving a 1 inch strip free of filling along 1 edge. Top with ham, carrot and cucumber. Roll up to enclose filling. Cut each sandwich into 3 rounds.
Place salmon and mayonnaise into a bowl. Mix gently to combine. Arrange lettuce over remaining 4 slices of bread, leaving a 1 inch strip free of filling along 1 edge. Top with salmon mixture and avocado. Roll up to enclose filling. Cut each sandwich into 3 rounds.
Wrap all sandwiches in plastic wrap. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.

buy some premade teryaki sauce
buy some thinly sliced steaks (about 1/4 inch)

cook the steaks until medium, then add teryaki sauce while still on grill.
cut steak to strips that are about1/12 INCH OR 2 INCH wide and about 4 inches long
