The founding fathers hated democracy. They created a constitutional republic.

Steve, when you talk about things other than checkpoints, I like you.

thomas jefferson said it best, when the government fears the people there is liberty, but when the people fear the goverment there is tyranny.

Actually, the 4th and 5th amendments came from a group of long-haired radical progressives (aka the Founding Fathers) who were tired of monarchy and tyranny, and who wanted to try a new idea called “democracy”. Most of the conservatives said “You owe your obedience to the King because he is God’s representative on Earth! It’s unnatural and dangerous to give political power to the common people!” So this is not about conservatives vs. progressives; it’s about preserving our constitution.

tboyd…. i really do not see any slander.??? He should not preach the gospel, because he does not know the gospel. He should not pastor, because he is not a pastor. He does have accurate doctrine on a few things, but as the saying goes…. even a broken clock is right twice a day.

watch his videos, and view the **** that comes forth in his messages. even those in his church support the same views.

Jesus said we would be known by our love, not our constitutional stance.

I could not have even attempted to say it as well as you did.

Anderson knows the WORDS of the gospel. He touts his ability to memorize it and he does it well. He does not allow women to speak in his church. They must have long hair and wear dresses, etc. Now you can find that in scripture, but what he loses is the context. Sunday Schools are full of ******** and on and on. He even tells men what posture they should have when relieving themselves. LOL

    The gospel is indeed enough.

Skies..I wish Preachers would “Preach the Gospel” instead of selling others on their own ideas. That’s the “fad” of late. The Gospel can stand on it’s own. We need not teach our ideas, but what the Gospel says. That’s how “religion” creeps into churches, that’s why this Mr. Anderson preaches what he does. If it’s not in scripture, keep it out of the church. Religion is a very dangerous thing. Jesus proved that. One must truly search their hearts b 4 entering the ministry.

    tboyd1542,

You said that so clearly and succinctly. I agree there is some unknown hurt or unforgiven issue. I left the church I grew up in over the constant barrage of legalism. They found sin under every rock. LOL.

My biggest concern here is that people who still need the Lord in their lives, look at these videos and think… “Why would I want to be part of that?” You see their replies here. All manner of vile responses directed at our Lord.

skies…It seems sometimes that people, such as Mr Anderson, preach from fear, not love. I think often people don’t understand Gods kindness. I was once a legalistic person as well. I had to first understand the Lords heart, then I could more effectively preach a Gospel that all could understand. A Gospel of love and kindness, not fear and ****. I pray that Mr. Anderson find the Love God has to offer. That he forgives those who have hurt him. His hurt shows through his sermons it seems.

tboyd1542. If I didn’t know about the other things, I’d be inclined to believe him as well. It’s my nature to look for good things. Sadly, when I looked just at the church website, a red flag went up. The more I see, the more I’m convinced, that something is very wrong with this man. Again, I don’t think he is evil, but his motives can’t be good. I’ve not seen anyone twist scripture the way he does. We can’t help Christians mature if we feed them rotten fruit. Take a look.

    Blessings.

tboyd1542. Your excellent points aren’t lost on most of us. But… we’ve been listening to rants for months. If there is any fruit in his life, I’ve seen no evidence of it. Did you see the list of people I posted that he has “exposed”? Then take a look at the family blog. They use words like “trashy single moms”, “illegitimate bastards”, “freaks” ad nauseum. It’s shameful for people who are trying to win the lost to castigate them. How is this setting a Christ-like example?

  12. tboyd1542 Says:

Skies…I agree with what he is saying here. However, I don’t know his doctrinal views as u do friend. I’m looking at the case, not him as a Pastor. If he is wrong, then by all means, he needs correction. I would have to look at what he believes b 4 I came to the same conclusion as u have.

  13. tboyd1542 Says:

    jeremy

Tolleisadeceiver… lets not slander each other. I know the scripture VERY well. And I agree with u. Just because we may disagree doesn’t mean we should devour each other. On the other hand, I don’t know this man. I’m looking at this case, not his ministry. But, again, why do U say he shouldnt preach. Because he diagrees with our church founders? Im not trying to agrue with u, just trying to understand your heart brother. U may be correct.

  14. SkiesVibrant Says:

    craig

    tolleisadeceiver,

You are right, Anderson will not take correction. When other believers have tried… Anderson’s rage erupts. You can hear it on the radio call-in shows that are posted here.

I think he is a dangerous man. I wouldn’t say he is evil. I agree with some of his doctrinal positions, but he can’t seem to show the fruit of the spirit in his life. He is NOT ready to pastor a flock. Christians don’t call people “freaks” and “trashy single moms”.

  15. SkiesVibrant Says:

    graflo

I AM a Christian. But I’m not without the spirit of discernment as Anderson is.

    He hates everyone equally.

He has “exposed” everyone from John Calvin, Martin Luther, John Wesley, Billy Graham, Todd Friel, Joel Osteen, All Cathoics, All pentacostals, Charles Spurgeon, Tim LaHaye, Jerry Jenkins, Rick Warren, Kirk Cameron, All Jews and even the author of Pilgrim’s Progress. Shall I go on? There is a character limit here.

He put this stuff here for our comment. Is that what he wants?

  16. tolleisadeceiver Says:

    russell

tboyd… he will not take correction.

If you knew scripture you would know that God uses other believers and people of accountability to correct us.

this man anderson is not called of God to preach the gospel.

  17. tboyd1542 Says:

    shelhe

So, do u think that because he stands up for his rights he has not the spirit of God? Did not the Apostle Paul stand up for his rights? He did. He told the guard that was going to flog him he was a roman citizen. Then argued his case. Acts 24:25. Should not a man of God also exercise his rights as anyone else? Cut the man a break. Are u a Christian? Stop devouring your brother then. If he is wrong then God will correct him.

The federal government mandated an end to slavery. the south refused to comply on that issue, the north forced the issue to put a stop to the inhumanity of slavery by threat of war. With the assaination of lincoln, the southern democrats began institutionalizing racism in the south through jim crow laws and supression of the freedmen, additionaly the southern states after the civl war refused to ratify the the Fourteenth Amendment continung their inhuman ****** and tryanical policies.

  20. gmwillis07 Says:

Let me take you to other parts of the world and see how many rights you have. They don’t listen to sob stories over there and don’t put up with lip. Respect the government you uneducated , wanna-be pastor. You have 5 kids. Shouldn’t you be a better role model? Your sermons are sickening also.

  21. SkiesVibrant Says:

The fruit of the spirit is: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

Just wondering if anyone has seen the evidences of these attributes in Anderson? I’ve seen just the oposite. All I’ve seen consistently is rant after rant about ‘his rights’.

    Laura,

Thomas Jefferson on the trinity: “Ridicule is the only weapon which can be used against unintelligible propositions. Ideas must be distinct before reason can act upon them; and no man ever had a distinct idea of the trinity.”

What of his fornication with Sally Hemmings? Do you and Mr. Anderson approve?

I revere Thomas Jefferson, but I must see the truth about him.

John Adams had quite a bit to say about dealing with facts. See if you can find his quote about them.

  23. SkiesVibrant Says:

Laura, Believe whatever you wish. Can you tell me faith Thomas Jefferson was. How about Thomas Paine? What important book spurred on the revolution and who wrote it?

CPS is like any organization, they have good people and bad people. I know some very fine Christian workers there. They work very hard and love the Lord.

Anderson is an angry man who loves the limelight and twists scripture until it is almost unrecognizeable. You’ve seen it already by your own admission.

  24. graceexplosion Says:

CPS is a child **** ring in many instances and incredibly evil. There are NUMEROUS Christians in power that are stating this is a corrupt organization. I think you are lying, don’t know Jesus Christ, and are a disinformation agent.

Our NATION was FORMED as the result of CHRISTIANS merging POLITICS and FAITH. The pastors of those days were used of God to speak FREEDOM. Also, I am currently listening to a message by Pastor Anderson. Because you compelled me, I decided to further research. I confirm this is a MAN OF GOD who preaches the WORD OF GOD in faith in Jesus Christ by the Holy Spirit. I’d say you are in serious trouble with God. Does Jesus Christ live in you?? Doesn’t appear so by your fruit in attacking him.
