Green tea seems to do wonders for my system. I know it is effective on so many levels, but it really helps to detox. The only downside I’m aware of would be if you drink the stuff constantly, you may risk yellowing your teeth.
Downside, for me taste. Upside, anti-oxidants at higher levels, ginkgo, more organic than other commercial teas. Although, I’m a taste girl, so the best is twinnings . I love Black tea.
There is an overabundance of ANTIOXIDANTS in green teas. – Medical sciences have proven the many benefits of Antioxidants in the diet. Antioxidants help to clense the blood in the body.
CARE should be taken with “the alternative effects” in teas. As is also an overabundance in teas, CAFFEINE is an element. The side effects of caffeine are partially the reason many drink it. – It keeps you alert and often times very “jittery.”
