Green tea is good for you!  The key to *kidney stone prevention* isn&#039;t going to be through giving up your tea.  Make sure you do keep hydrated by drinking water throughout the day, lots of it.  AVOID heavily caffeinated drinks like soda, and foods with too much sodium/high fat content in them.  Kidney stones can be triggered by those things moreso than tea.</description>
