I make a half gallon every other day & sweeten it with agave nectar. It tastes fine, but I can’t say what the nutritional value is. I also drink 2 cups in the a.m., so I guess that gives me the antioxidants, etc.
good luck

The healthiest way is to brew it and dirnk it while it is hot.
Leaving it too long would cause the catechins to oxidise, pretty much like an apple turning brown.
That is the reason why manufacturers add things to green tea to keep it longer, such as vitamin C.
Would putting it in the fridge delay the oxidation? I don’t know.
The link below contains a link to a free ebook which explains which is the healthiest way to dirnk green tea – hope it helps.
